1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and milvip ("milvip", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://milvip.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, promotions and customer support.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any part of the milvip platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific promotional terms published from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the milvip platform. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the milvip platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless expressly stated.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed on a sports market or casino game via the platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin or other incentive offered by milvip subject to applicable bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required of all Players before withdrawal processing.
• "Platform" means the milvip website at https://milvip.cam and all services made available through it.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the reference currency used for display of balances and transaction amounts where supported.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed on an Account preventing access for a defined period.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on milvip, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction if greater than 18.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify this.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of milvip or any of its technology or service partners.
• You are not self-excluded from the platform or subject to any court order or regulatory restriction preventing gambling participation.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by milvip for breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on milvip. Opening duplicate, multiple or linked Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all related Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must notify us immediately at the support email address if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. Milvip will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4.4 Account Currency

Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is available as a display currency, account balances and transaction amounts will be shown in PKR. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by the platform and may vary. Players should review current rates in the Cashier section.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

Milvip operates KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures to verify the identity of all Players. These procedures are a condition of continued Account operation and withdrawal eligibility.

You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photographic identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport, driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method (e.g., bank statement, screenshot of digital wallet)
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the compliance team

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Milvip reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where satisfactory verification cannot be obtained. Documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Deposits & Payments

6.1 Available Methods

Deposit methods available on milvip may include bank transfers and local digital payment options. Familiar references for Pakistani players include HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Easypaisa, JazzCash and the Raast instant payment system. Actual availability is subject to current operator integrations and may change. These payment provider names are used for reference only and do not imply endorsement of gambling by those providers.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of the platform.
• Milvip does not accept deposits from Accounts that have not completed basic registration steps.
• We reserve the right to reverse deposits where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms.

6.3 Processing Times

Most deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In cases of delay, Players should contact support with their transaction reference. Milvip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of our compliance team. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be queued pending verification.

7.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Bank transfers typically take one to three business days once internally approved. Digital wallet withdrawals may process more quickly. All timelines are subject to the Player's bank or payment provider's own processing schedules.

7.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Players should check the Cashier section for current limits.
• Milvip may perform additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from active bonus plays are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Milvip reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse or breach of these Terms.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotions offered by milvip are subject to individual promotional terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to real funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games and time limits are stated in each individual promotion's terms.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

Milvip reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings, and to close any Account, where it determines in its reasonable judgment that bonus abuse, bonus collusion, artificial wagering patterns or misuse of promotional offers has occurred. Examples of prohibited conduct include but are not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, and systematically exploiting loopholes in promotional mechanics.

8.4 No Guaranteed Bonuses

Milvip does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus. Promotions may be amended, withdrawn or expired at any time. Players should always review current promotional terms before depositing.

9. Betting Rules

9.1 Bet Placement

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. It is the Player's responsibility to verify bet details — selection, odds, stake, market — before confirming. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it is binding and cannot be changed or cancelled unless milvip expressly provides a cash-out option for that market.

9.2 Odds Changes

Odds are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. Milvip uses real-time data feeds for live markets; odds reflect current market conditions and may shift rapidly in in-play betting.

9.3 Void Bets

Milvip reserves the right to void a bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the event outcome was known
• A manifest error occurred in the displayed odds (e.g., odds clearly out of line with market rates)
• The event is cancelled, abandoned or suspended without a result being determined
• There is evidence of match manipulation or corruption

9.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits per bet, per day and per market category apply. Limits are displayed in the sportsbook and may vary by sport, market type and Player tier. Milvip reserves the right to apply these limits without prior notice.

9.5 Cricket & PSL Markets

Cricket markets — including PSL T20, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are settled in accordance with official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Milvip has no official partnership with PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team. Reference to these competitions is descriptive only.

10. Casino Game Rules

Casino games available on milvip — including slots, live dealer tables, instant-win games and virtual sports — are governed by the individual game rules presented within each game interface. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are theoretical averages calculated over millions of rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from studio environments operated by specialist technology providers. Milvip is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party streaming provider outages, provided reasonable steps are taken to notify Players and resolve disruptions promptly.

Progressive jackpots accumulate over time and are triggered according to game mechanics set by the game provider. Jackpot amounts displayed on the platform are indicative and may vary at the moment of triggering. Illustrative PKR figures published on the site are examples only and do not represent guaranteed jackpot pools.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the milvip platform:

• Opening multiple Accounts or allowing others to use your Account
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted software or any technology to gain an unfair advantage in betting or casino games
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or pricing mistakes
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity through the platform
• Threatening, harassing or abusing support staff or other users
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where gambling is prohibited, if you have been made aware of such prohibition
• Facilitating access for minors or for individuals who have self-excluded
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or circumvent any security feature of the platform

Milvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this section, and to withhold any balance pending investigation.

12. Responsible Gambling

Milvip is committed to supporting responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all registered Players via Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss permitted over a set period
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined continuous play period
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend account access for a set number of days
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account to prevent further gambling activity

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the milvip platform — including but not limited to software, code, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets and data compilations — is the property of milvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.

15. Liability & Warranties

15.1 Platform Availability

Milvip strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures or force majeure events may result in temporary service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Players in advance of planned downtime.

15.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, milvip's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the six-month period preceding the claim.

Milvip expressly disclaims liability for: loss of winnings caused by technical errors outside our control; decisions made by Players in reliance on inaccurate third-party data; losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Player has not taken reasonable security precautions; or any indirect, special or consequential losses.

15.3 No Investment Advice

Nothing on the milvip platform constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Gambling involves risk. Past outcomes do not predict future results. You are solely responsible for all decisions made through your Account.

16. Amendments to These Terms

Milvip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address or through a notice displayed upon next login. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

Your continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.

17. Account Suspension & Closure

17.1 Closure by Player

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

17.2 Suspension or Closure by Milvip

Milvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or criminal activity
• Reasonable request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority
• Behaviour deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform

Where an Account is closed due to Player breach, milvip may withhold outstanding balances pending investigation.

18. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which milvip holds its operating licence. Milvip does not hold a Pakistan-specific licence; Pakistani law does not necessarily govern this Agreement. Players are encouraged to review the platform's licence jurisdiction details as published on the website.

In the event of a dispute, Players should first contact milvip's support team to attempt resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, further dispute resolution options may be available depending on the operator's licensing jurisdiction.
