Gambling is entertainment — it should never become a financial burden or a source of distress. Milvip provides a full suite of player safety tools and clear guidance to help you stay in control at every stage of your betting experience.
Adults only — or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 may restrict online gambling. Players are responsible for understanding applicable local laws.
Our Commitment
Milvip is built around one clear principle: player wellbeing comes before revenue. We provide sports betting and casino entertainment for Pakistani players who enjoy following cricket, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and casino games — but we understand that for some people, gambling can shift from recreation into something harmful. Our role is to make sure the tools, information and support to prevent that shift are always within reach.
Responsible gambling is not a regulatory checkbox on this platform. The self-exclusion system, deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders and cool-off periods described on this page are built into the platform's core functionality — they are available to every registered player before any harm occurs, not as a last resort.
We also recognise that Pakistani players operate in a specific legal and social context. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 restricts gambling activities domestically. Milvip does not claim licensing or authorization from any Pakistani authority — not the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial body. Players are individually responsible for assessing whether their participation complies with applicable law in their location. This is not legal advice.
The guidance on this page covers how to use our player safety tools, how to recognize signs of problem gambling, and where to seek help if you or someone you know needs support. We encourage every player — from Karachi to Peshawar — to read this page before or shortly after registering.
⚠ Adults 18+ Only: Access to milvip is restricted to adults aged 18 or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Age is verified through our KYC process. It is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions to allow a minor to gamble. If you are aware of a minor accessing a gambling platform, please report it to the platform support team immediately.
Treat every bet as the cost of entertainment — like a cinema ticket or a cricket match seat. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose, and never chase a loss to try to get even.
Decide in advance how long you will play in a session. Use milvip's session time reminders to receive automatic notifications when your self-set time limit is reached.
Deposit limits and loss limits are available in your Account settings. Setting these before you start playing — not after a loss — is the most effective way to stay within a budget.
If you feel gambling is getting out of control, self-exclusion allows you to close your milvip account immediately for a defined or indefinite period. Contact support or use Account settings to activate this at any time.
Player Safety Tools
These tools are built into every milvip account. You do not need to contact support to set most of them — access them directly through your Account settings at any time.
Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly or monthly basis in PKR. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted for that period. Increases to limits are subject to a waiting period; decreases take effect immediately.
Define the maximum net loss you are willing to accept over a set period (daily, weekly or monthly). If your net losses reach this threshold, your account is automatically restricted from further play until the period resets.
Set a time notification — for example, after 60 minutes of continuous play — and milvip will display a reminder prompt. You remain in control of whether to continue or stop, but the reminder ensures time does not pass unnoticed.
Take a short break from gambling without permanently closing your account. Cool-off periods can be set for 24 hours, 1 week or 1 month. During a cool-off period, your account remains open for balance review but cannot be used to place bets.
Request a full account exclusion for a period of your choice — from 6 months up to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will not receive promotional communications from milvip and your account cannot be reactivated before the exclusion period expires.
Opt out of all promotional communications — including bonus offers, free bet alerts and PSL/cricket-season promotions — at any time through your Account notification settings. This does not affect important account-related communications.
How to Activate These Tools: Log in to your milvip account and navigate to Account Settings > Responsible Gambling. All tools listed above are available there. If you have difficulty accessing settings, contact [email protected] and our team will assist. Self-exclusion requests are treated as high priority.
Know the Signs
Problem gambling can develop gradually and is not always easy to recognize, especially when someone enjoys cricket betting or casino games as a social activity. The signs below are not a clinical diagnosis — but if several apply to you or someone you know, it may be time to pause and seek guidance.
Spending more than you can afford Placing bets using money earmarked for rent, groceries, family obligations or other essential costs.
Chasing losses Continuing to bet after a losing session specifically to try to win back what you have lost, often resulting in larger losses.
Increasing bet sizes over time Needing to stake larger and larger amounts — in PKR or otherwise — to feel the same level of excitement.
Difficulty stopping Continuing to play beyond the time or budget you intended, even when you want to stop.
Hiding gambling activity Concealing the extent of gambling from family, friends or colleagues; feeling shame or secrecy about your betting habits.
Gambling to cope with emotions Using betting — including during PSL matches or late-night casino sessions — as a way to manage stress, anxiety, boredom or low mood.
Borrowing money to gamble Taking loans, borrowing from family or selling possessions specifically to fund gambling activity.
Neglecting responsibilities Missing work, family commitments or other obligations because of gambling-related activities or preoccupation.
Self-Assessment
If you answer "Yes" to several of the questions below, we strongly encourage you to use milvip's self-exclusion tool or seek independent support. Answering honestly takes courage — and it is the first step.
If you answered yes to two or more of these questions: Please consider using milvip's self-exclusion feature immediately, or contact support at [email protected] to request account suspension. Taking a break is always the right decision when in doubt.
Practical Guidance
A good starting point for any player is to set limits before the first deposit, not after. Here is a framework to help you decide on appropriate limits based on your personal financial situation.
Your gambling budget should only ever come from your entertainment allocation — never from essential costs or savings.
These are illustrative examples only. Set limits based on your own financial situation. PKR figures are examples for context.
Limit reduction requests are processed immediately on milvip. Limit increases require a reflection period before taking effect.
Responsible Play Principles
Gambling is a form of entertainment, not income.
No betting strategy guarantees profit. Treat every stake as a cost you are comfortable losing — not an investment.
Only bet what you can genuinely afford to lose.
Your essential expenses — household costs, family obligations, savings — must always come before your gambling budget.
Set your limits before you start — not after a loss.
Decisions made mid-session or after losses are often emotionally driven. Deposit and loss limits set in advance are more reliable than in-the-moment self-control.
Take regular breaks — even during live cricket matches.
The pace of live betting, especially during a PSL T20 or ICC match, can make time pass very quickly. Scheduled breaks protect both time and budget.
Alcohol and gambling do not mix.
Impaired judgment directly increases the likelihood of poor betting decisions. Avoid gambling sessions when your judgment is affected.
Self-exclusion is a strength, not a failure.
Choosing to stop and use self-exclusion is one of the most responsible decisions a player can make. Milvip processes self-exclusion requests as a high priority.
Support Resources
If you or someone close to you needs support for problem gambling, the following types of organisations and resources may be helpful. Milvip can only provide platform-level tools — for professional support, please reach out to dedicated organisations:
Pakistan has a number of private and NGO-led mental health organisations that offer counselling services. Search for licensed psychiatrists, psychologists and addiction counsellors through the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) directory or seek referrals via a trusted GP in cities like Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad.
Gamblers Anonymous is an international peer-support organisation based on a twelve-step programme. GA meetings are available in various formats globally. For Pakistani players, online meeting options are accessible regardless of location. GA does not charge fees for attendance.
GamCare is a UK-based responsible gambling charity that provides free support, advice and counselling for people affected by problem gambling. Their online resources and chat support are accessible internationally. GamCare is recognised by major regulated gambling operators globally.
Contact our support team directly at [email protected] (displayed as plain text — not a clickable link) to activate self-exclusion, set limits or request immediate account suspension. Support is available in English and Urdu. We aim to respond within 24 hours — and we prioritise responsible gambling requests.
Disclaimer: The support resources listed above are provided for informational purposes only. Milvip does not have a formal partnership or affiliation with any of these organisations. Pakistani players should verify current availability and contact information independently. This list does not constitute an endorsement of specific service quality.
Platform Protections
Every account on milvip is subject to KYC age verification. Accounts suspected of being operated by minors are suspended immediately pending proof of age. We do not allow underage gambling under any circumstances.
When you request self-exclusion, milvip stops all promotional communications, blocks access to betting and casino features and prevents account reactivation before the exclusion period ends. There are no grace periods or override options.
Session-based reality check prompts remind you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent or won in the current session. These notifications are shown at intervals you select in your account settings.
Players who opt out of marketing communications will not receive promotional emails, bonus offers or PSL/cricket-season betting incentives. Opt-out is immediate and does not affect access to account features.
Our support team — available in English and Urdu — is trained to recognise indicators of distress and to handle responsible gambling requests with sensitivity and without judgment. Contact us at [email protected].
Milvip publishes its full Terms & Conditions, bonus wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions in plain English — not buried in fine print. Informed players make better decisions. Read our Terms & Conditions.

Milvip is designed to be enjoyed responsibly. Set your limits before you play, use the tools available in your account settings and remember that support is always available if you need it.
